I know the story about the dime & it was worrisome to me as well…. Because you really have to read the scriptures to know we are with God. We aren’t roaming the earth, answering request of our loved ones. I wanted God to show me my baby & he never granted me that prayer, she passed & I have to accept it was a moment in time. But she’s safer with God than on earth & all I can do is say a prayer through Christ to tell her I love her without seeing her. Also I left secular music, tarot reading on TT & asked God to deliver & cover me

Unrighteous anger is when your anger toward sin brings you a superiority mindset over the people committing the sin and your words and actions become diminishing of them because of it so you end up producing shame and guilt instead of conviction in them.

Yep! Its soneasy to look at others and miss our big issues. I needed this reminder. God has forgiven me and gives grace. Reminds me of the story in Matthew 18:21-35of the servant forgiven a debt by his master but then almost choked his fellow servant that owed him a much lesser amount. How many times do I forget grace for people ehile taken advantage of the grace GOD has given me.

I want to understand why at time 13:55 Dr Mason says "He/she" - if in reference to God, the Bible teaches that God is neither male nor female, He is spirit (John 4:14) and through Moses in Deut. 4:16 he warns that "so that you do not become corrupt and make for yourselves an idol, an image of any shape, whether formed like a man or a woman, and reading thie context of this chapter teaches that God cannot be made in any image or physical form. - Unless Dr Mason referred to he/she because although the letter of Hebrews is possibly associated with the apostle Paul the author is unknown - even so, wouldn't this then mean we should further be weary of ascribing gender to the author as it could have been God's voice Himself who cannot cannot be assigned an image. Dr Mason further refers to Paul in 14:02 - so what is the use of he/she in 13:55 I'm in my Bible study and I find so many interesting things the more I dive into the word.... This episode was eye opening!

Megan, what you said about running towards to light was just so beautiful. When I first came to Christ, I confessed so much to people I did things they didn't even know I did & I didn't understand why but hearing that, made me well up with tears, because I think I just wasn't afraid of what could be exposed. I HAD to do that because I felt the weight of my sin and it didn't matter what was exposed because, by the grace of God, I was running towards God, I was running towards the light.
